Welcome!
Welcome to Dog Bloggery. I’m Tashi, and Caryn is my human. Together we are an animal therapy team. Animals can help people. For example, did you know that reading to animals helps kids learn to read, and that it’s beneficial to the animals too? (We love the attention). Your library may have a kids reading program with dogs, but right now nobody can go to libraries. So Caryn and I decided to make a blog and see if kids might like to read our stories online. Of course, adults can enjoy our stories too. Everyone is welcome, it’s all about ME and my adventures!
We publish a new post weekly-ish (scroll down for the latest). If you subscribe we’ll send you updates. But that’s not all! We would love it if you would participate. You could send us stories, drawings, photos – whatever you want to share – by clicking on the “Submit Your Story” link in the upper right. If you have a pet, you can read the blog to her. If you listen carefully, your pet might tell you what she wants to say back! If you don’t have a pet, you can write about YOU! We don’t get to see our friends right now, so maybe we can make friends here. It might make life a little bit sweeter for all of us.

Dear Dr. Alex…
Dear Dr. Alex, Just when I was starting to get attached, you told me we wouldn't be seeing each other anymore. This seems like a mixed message. You told me you were happy with my x-rays. [...]
Home stretch
I had a tele-health meeting with my physical therapist in Seattle this week. We discussed my exercises and how far (more like how near) I can walk this week. She's very nice and has good exercises, [...]
